Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, wrap it around YOUR BODY - under your armS, around your shoulder blades, and back to the front

Wrap the tape flat around your waist which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage.

MEASURE AROUND THE FULLEST PART OF YOUR HIPS, INCLUDING THE LARGEST PART OF YOUR BUTTOCKS.
